Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 25, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before engaging our precision repair services. These conditions govern the scope, liability, and warranty of all technical work performed by Fino iPhone Man.

1. Service Warranty

We stand by our precision engineering. All repairs are covered under a strict functional warranty, subject to the following conditions:

  • Duration: A 6-month warranty applies to all replacement parts and labor from the date of completion.
  • Coverage: Covers defects in materials provided by us and workmanship errors.
  • Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to subsequent physical damage, unauthorized third-party tampering, or any indication of liquid damage after the repair.

2. Device Handling & Liability

Our technicians exercise extreme caution, but inherent risks exist in micro-electronic manipulation.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for pre-existing secondary issues that become apparent during or after the primary repair.
  • Data Backup: Data loss is a risk. It is the customer's responsibility to perform a complete iCloud or local backup prior to handing over the device. Fino iPhone Man accepts zero liability for lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable data.
  • Abandoned Devices: If a device is left unclaimed we will contact you by phone and WhatsApp at the number on your ticket. Devices still unclaimed 60 days after we notify you may be recycled or sold to recover repair costs, as permitted by Florida law.

3. Repair Transparency & Safety

We tell you what we find and what it costs before we start. Many of our diagnostic and repair procedures are performed in direct view of the client.

  • Clients are permitted to observe front-of-house repairs to ensure trust and operational transparency.
  • During intricate micro-soldering or high-risk structural alignments, the device may need to be moved to our controlled clean-environment bench.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the device poses a safety hazard (e.g., swollen lithium-ion batteries).

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Diagnostic Fees: Standard repairs carry no diagnostic fee. Liquid damage and unidentifiable logic board faults require an in-depth diagnostic, quoted and approved by you before any work starts.
  • Payment Due: Full payment is required upon completion of the service before the device is released.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the labor involved, refunds are not issued for completed repairs. Warranty claims will be addressed via part replacement or labor correction.
